About The Position

As a UI/UX Developer at Lucid Motors, you will be responsible for applying interactive and visual design principles to create a positive and cohesive user experience across websites and web applications. This role involves collaborating with both technical and non-technical teams to define and implement features that enhance functionality and user engagement, while also pushing the boundaries of front-end technologies.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in designing and prototyping websites or mobile apps.
• 7+ years of experience in design tools (e.g. Figma, Sketch, Adobe suite or other interaction tools).
• Bachelor's degree in Arts or Human Computer Interaction or other UX disciplines.

Responsibilities

• Help define, drive and implement features that support new functionality.
• Act as the technical liaison between the technology team and non-technical internal and external customers.
• Take ownership for the technical quality of the projects by developing specifications.
• Assess audience needs for technical and procedural documentation and adjust tone and terms accordingly.
• Push innovation of front-end technologies to enhance and grow solutions.
• Develop library widgets for reuse across the software platform.
• Lead and participate in the creation of prototypes and wireframes.
• Participate in design reviews and deep dives.
• Communicate results to customers, suppliers, team members, and other business units.
