This full-time, contract-to-hire position is expected to last between 3 to 6 months, during which the selected candidate will play a crucial role in enhancing user experience across our web and mobile applications. The UI/UX Lead will collaborate closely with product managers and engineers to gather and evaluate user requirements, ensuring that the final designs meet both user needs and business objectives. The responsibilities of the UI/UX Lead include illustrating design ideas through storyboards, process flows, and sitemaps, as well as designing graphic user interface elements such as menus, tabs, and widgets. Additionally, the UI/UX Lead will prepare and present rough drafts to internal teams and key stakeholders, identify and troubleshoot UX problems, and conduct layout adjustments based on user feedback. Adherence to style standards regarding fonts, colors, and images is also a critical aspect of this role. The ideal candidate will possess proven work experience as a UI/UX Designer or in a similar role, along with a portfolio showcasing their design projects.
