About the position

The UI/UX Lead Developer will oversee the complete design process of a product, focusing on user experience and visual design. This role involves conducting research, usability testing, and creating wireframes to enhance interaction flows and address customer pain points effectively.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end design of a product including research strategy and visual design.
• Conduct usability testing to identify customer pain points.
• Create wireframes showcasing interaction flows and information architecture.
• Design solutions to combat identified customer pain points.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in User Experience (UX) and Digital User Experience Design (UXD)/Visual Design.
