Responsibilities
- Implement UI elements: Translate design concepts into interactive and functional code, using languages like HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Develop prototypes: Create interactive prototypes to test and refine user experiences.
- Optimize UI: Ensure that UI elements are visually appealing, easy to use, and performant.
- Collaborate with designers and developers: Work closely with designers to understand design goals and with developers to ensure seamless integration.
- Apply design thinking: Understand user needs and apply design principles to create intuitive and engaging experiences.
- Contribute to design systems: Develop and maintain design systems to ensure consistency and efficiency across products.
- Conduct user research: Participate in user research to understand user behavior and identify areas for improvement.
- Troubleshoot and debug: Identify and resolve issues related to UI and UX.
- Ensure accessibility: Implement code that adheres to accessibility standards.
Requirements
- Strong front-end development skills: Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and related technologies.
- Understanding of UX principles: Knowledge of user research, usability testing, and design thinking.
- Problem-solving skills: Ability to identify and solve complex problems related to UI and UX.
- Communication skills: Ability to effectively communicate design ideas and technical solutions to both designers and developers.
- Collaboration skills: Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- BSc degree in Computer Science, Engineering or relevant field.
