About the position

The UI/UX Sr. Design Lead is responsible for engaging with users to gather requirements and design front-end components such as navigation, graphics, screens, menus, and widgets. This role requires direct interaction with business users and conducting workshops to derive user requirements, utilizing tools like Figma for wireframes and mockups, and a solid understanding of front-end technologies including HTML, CSS, and React. Familiarity with the Azure cloud environment and finance domain is also essential.

Responsibilities

• Engage with users to gather requirements for UI/UX design.
• Design front-end components including navigation, graphic components, screens, menus, and widgets.
• Conduct workshops with business users to derive requirements.
• Create wireframes and mockup screens using Figma.
• Utilize front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and React in design processes.
• Work within the Azure cloud environment and understand finance domain requirements.

Requirements

• Experience in UI/UX design and user engagement.
