The UI/Visual Designer role at Marcel involves creating engaging and accessible designs for various platforms, including web, iOS, and Android. The designer will collaborate with other visual designers to enhance existing product features and develop new ones, ensuring that the visual design language of Marcel is consistently refined and innovative. This position emphasizes user-centered design principles to produce high-quality visuals that inspire and excite users.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with other visual designers to solution new product features and enhance current features.
• Create beautiful and accessible designs that help users navigate products successfully.
• Utilize user-centered design principles to produce high-quality visuals across multiple platforms.
• Refine the Marcel visual design language and create innovative products that users love to use.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional visual design experience, with a strong portfolio to demonstrate design aesthetics.
• Proficiency in Figma and/or Sketch.
• Ability to work on multiple features and deliver refined designs quickly while following the design system.
• Self-motivated and able to identify tasks without being directed, with a quick learning ability for new tools and processes.
• Ability to adapt to shifting priorities and work collaboratively with other designers.
