Technology Solutions is looking for an UKG-Kronos WFM Scrum Master to join in our team of IT professionals in a permanent role. Responsibilities
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies, such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Collaborate with the product owner to manage and prioritize the product backlog.
- Ensure that the team adheres to Agile principles and best practices.
- Remove obstacles and impediments that may hinder the team's progress.
- Coach and mentor team members on Agile methodologies and continuous improvement.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, communication, and transparency within the team.
- Track and report on key metrics to monitor the team's performance and progress.
- Coordinate with other teams and stakeholders to ensure smooth collaboration and alignment across the organization.
- Continuously update skills and knowledge to stay current with industry trends and advancements in Agile methodologies.
Requirements
- Strong facilitation and communication skills
- Deep knowledge and experience implementing UKG Pro WFM (Dimensions), UKG Workforce Central, etc.
- Deep knowledge of Boomi and integrations between UKG and other 3rd party systems
- Good knowledge of WFM, preferably in healthcare
- Should have worked on UKG projects and familiar with execution of UKG projects
- Knowledge of UKG Pro WFM application will be considered a huge plus.
- Proven experience in the full life cycle of a project, including gathering detailed requirements, developing designs, and delivering solutions
- Excellent consultative and communication skills to interact with business users and client management.
- Ability to work in complex technology environments requiring multi-product solutions and product integration of legacy systems.
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM), or SAFe Scrum Master (SSM) certifications are preferred.
- Experience in Agile Scrum processes and Waterfall methodologies.
