About the position

As a Senior Associate in the Oracle Human Capital team at PwC, you will play a crucial role in helping organizations leverage enterprise technology to enhance their HR business processes. This position involves implementing and optimizing Oracle solutions across various HR functions, driving innovation, and ensuring effective use of technology to meet client needs. You will work collaboratively within a team to address complex business challenges, utilizing your skills in critical thinking, communication, and relationship building.

Responsibilities

  • Help organizations implement and effectively use Oracle offerings to modernize HR business processes.
  • Drive continuous innovation by introducing automation and new solutions.
  • Work as part of a team to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution.
  • Use feedback and reflection to develop self-awareness and address development areas.
  • Delegate tasks to others, providing coaching and stretch opportunities.
  • Demonstrate critical thinking and bring order to unstructured problems.

Requirements

  • Thorough knowledge and experience with one or more UKG application modules, including functional configuration and technical development.
  • Experience in designing, building, testing, and deploying technical components for UKG solutions.
  • Ability to identify and address client needs effectively.
  • Experience in managing project workflow, budgets, and resource requirements.
  • Strong communication skills for delivering clear requests for information and managing client interactions.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with Timekeeping and Absence & Leave Management in Workforce Dimensions (WFD).
  • Ability to build and maintain networks of client relationships and community involvement.
  • Flexibility in prioritizing and completing tasks.
