You will also utilize tools and resources to educate guests about loyalty program benefits, inviting them to join Target Circle and Ulta Beauty Rewards, and explaining how these programs can enhance their shopping experience. Your daily responsibilities will include creating a welcoming atmosphere, guiding guests through the shop, sharing product knowledge, and highlighting new beauty trends. You will be expected to maintain a clean and organized shopping environment, ensuring that products are in stock and available for guests. Additionally, you will participate in weekly training sessions to continuously develop your skills and drive sales performance.
