About the position

Anderson Security Agency is seeking a dedicated Unarmed Security Officer to provide safety and security at construction sites across the Valley. The role involves monitoring premises, conducting patrols, and responding to incidents to ensure a secure environment for clients' property and personnel. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working outdoors and will promote safety initiatives while delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Patrol and monitor construction sites to ensure safety and security.
• Perform security checks and respond to incidents as needed.
• Promote site safety programs and initiatives.
• Abide by corporate standard operating procedures and client directions.
• Exercise ethical decision-making in task completion.
• Observe, report, and document any unusual occurrences.
• Foster positive relationships with clients, staff, and customers.
• Conduct foot patrols around worksites and report any irregularities immediately.
• Assist with other relevant tasks as deemed necessary by Anderson Security Agency.

Requirements

• Must have a valid Unarmed Arizona Security Guard Card.
• Must have a valid Arizona driver's license.
• Must have a reliable vehicle.
• Willingness to work weekends and overnight shifts.
• Ability to work at various sites in the Valley.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Submit to a comprehensive background check and drug screening.
• Adhere to company policy regarding appearance.
• Comfortable standing, walking, and completing tasks on feet for up to 90 minutes.
• High School diploma or GED required.

Nice-to-haves
