Responsibilities
- Monitor and control access to buildings and parking areas.

- Maintain communication with law enforcement and emergency services when necessary.
- Provide excellent customer service to tenants and visitors.
- Document and report any security incidents or irregularities.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Possess a valid Driver's License.
- Hold a Guard Card certification.
- Demonstrate conflict management skills.
- Exhibit strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Entry-level experience in law enforcement or security is preferred.
Nice-to-haves
