About the position

Quell Protection is seeking experienced Unarmed Security Officers to provide security services at popular nightclubs across the DFW area. The role involves ensuring the safety of patrons and staff in a fast-paced nightlife environment, requiring reliability, professionalism, and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct pat-downs and oversee line control to ensure a safe entry process.
• Monitor entrances and exits, controlling access to the venue.
• Verify IDs and enforce entry policies.
• De-escalate conflicts and manage guest behavior with professionalism and tact.
• Maintain a strong and approachable presence while upholding venue rules.
• Respond to incidents swiftly and appropriately, ensuring the safety of patrons and staff.

Requirements

• Valid Guard Card license.
• Experience in security.
