Responsibilities

• Monitor and report on site activities.
• Perform additional services as outlined in the Post Orders.
• Document and report all incidents, accidents, and medical emergencies to the dispatch center.
• Respond to crisis situations at the client site with composure and efficiency.
• Maintain a professional demeanor at all times.
• Ensure the safety and security of passengers, employees, and property at the cruise terminal.
• Identify and address suspicious activities proactively.

Requirements

• Valid Class D Security License (Required)
• Driver's License (Valid and in good standing)
• No experience necessary - training provided
• Strong sense of responsibility and commitment to safety
• Ability to remain calm and effective in challenging situations
• Excellent communication skills.
