Underground Facilities Analysts- Mid

About the position

The Underground Facilities Analyst position at Celestar Corporation is a mid-level role focused on conducting research and analysis related to underground facilities. The analyst will be responsible for creating databases, generating intelligence reports, and supporting military intelligence efforts. This role requires a strong understanding of the Intelligence Community and the ability to work independently while producing high-quality analytical products.

Responsibilities

• Conduct underground facility research and create databases.
• Craft detailed intelligence reports and support target development.
• Maintain military intelligence databases and produce analytic products for the intelligence community.
• Support reverse engineering efforts and stay updated in Underground Facilities (UGF)-specific areas.
• Generate all-source analytical and foundational intelligence reports in line with established standards.

Requirements

• A minimum of 8 years of relevant analysis experience, with some experience within the last 2 years.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Solid understanding of Intelligence Community (IC) and DoD classification guidelines.
• Ability to work independently with minimal oversight.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret and defend analytic judgments.
• Proficiency in producing clear and concise analytic reports and briefing materials using Microsoft Office tools.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Experience with intelligence collection capabilities and the evaluation of collected intelligence.
• Familiarity with analytic methodologies such as Analysis of Competing Hypotheses, Devil's Advocacy, Red Team Analysis, etc.
• Experience with intelligence analysis tools like Record Message Traffic (RMT), Tripwire Analytic Capability (TAC), Palantir, MIDB, Google Earth, etc.
