Responsibilities

• Support all phases of utility construction for various types of telecom projects.
• Use knowledge and skills in construction to build, repair and maintain projects.
• Work in outdoor utility construction sites.
• Troubleshoot problems as they arise in the field.
• Train crew on various kinds of tools and equipment.
• Operate backhoes, dozer, cable plow, air compressors, trenchers, hydraulic reel trailers & other types of machinery.
• Manage all aspects of job-site construction.

Requirements

• Safety is a part of your day to day.
• Track record of completing work with a high level of quality.
• Ability to figure out hard problems and enjoy a hands-on approach to work.
• Looking for long term projects.
• Enjoy getting hands dirty with the team.
• Embrace the challenge of coaching and mentoring the team.
• Knowledge of the telecom construction industry including Coax Splicing, Fiber Splicing, Directional Drilling, Aerial and Underground Construction.
