Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a four-person crew installing underground junction boxes.
• Operate a Bobcat E42 mini-excavator with precision and efficiency.
• Safely drive a one-ton truck with a trailer.
• Ensure all safety protocols are followed on-site.
• Maintain high standards of workmanship and quality control.
• Lead by example, demonstrating a strong work ethic and commitment to excellence.

Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL with a clean driving record.
• Ability to safely drive and maneuver a one-ton truck with a trailer.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
• Experience operating a mini-excavator, specifically the Bobcat E42.
