The Underground Mine Supervisor will oversee and manage various aspects of construction projects within the mining sector. This role requires strong leadership skills and experience in construction supervision, particularly in underground mining environments. The supervisor will ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate construction projects from start to finish
• Manage project scheduling, ensuring timelines are met
• Oversee budgeting and construction estimating processes
• Read and interpret blueprints for project requirements
• Implement MSHA regulations and safety protocols on-site
• Utilize software such as Primavera, Bluebeam, and HeavyBid for project management
• Lead a team of workers effectively to ensure project success

Requirements

• Proven experience in construction supervision
• Familiarity with pipeline projects is a plus
• Proficiency in Blueprint reading and project scheduling
• Strong knowledge of build processes and construction techniques
• Ability to work with various software tools like Primavera, Bluebeam, and HeavyBid
• Understanding of MSHA regulations and safety standards
