Underground Plumbing Technician

You will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining underground plumbing systems, ensuring compliance with applicable codes while working on various projects across Central Florida.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, install, repair and maintain underground plumbing systems, including outside storm water mains, pumps, and underground water and sewer lines to ensure compliance with applicable codes.
• Inspect and repair vents, storm drainage, and special piping systems.
• Install, repair and maintain pump for lift stations.
• Repair, troubleshoot and diagnose underground systems and outside storm water mains.
• Provide service install maintenance on underground piping and pipelaying.
• Perform fire hydrant repairs, installations, and replacements.
• Operate a CLD excavator.
• Work on new construction build out projects.
• Work on above-ground (rough-in) and finishing projects.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 - 10 years experience as an Underground Specialty Plumber.
• Technical skill and knowledge of underground piping systems, outside storm drains, and water mains.
• Technical skill and knowledge of Mechanical Fittings (MJ).
• Must have new commercial build out experience.
• Must have above-ground (rough-in) and finishing experience.
• CLD Licensing to an Excavator.
• Knowledge of working and maintaining National Accounts.
• Good communication and listening skills.
• Must pass a drug screen, MVR & background check.
• Physical dexterity.
• CLEAN DRIVERS LICENSE.
