Responsibilities
- Maintain a safe project site by enforcing compliance with safety regulations.
- Collaborate with estimators and project managers to ensure optimal efficiency and profitability.
- Prepare schedules and exceed labor production estimates.
- Keep stakeholders informed of project progress.
- Match employees and equipment efficiently.
- Interact with subcontractors and vendors.
- Make personnel-related decisions.
Requirements
- Minimum of 10 years of leadership experience in underground utilities or civil construction.
- Preference for experience in large diameter, deep underground pipes.
- Ability to travel extensively across the U.S.
- Proficiency in construction industry software like HCSS, Excel, and Word.
- Strong organizational and planning skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
