We are seeking an innovative network engineer to help us develop communications systems used to deliver key communications and teaming capabilities to our nation's decision makers. You will become part of a dynamic team comprised of seasoned engineers and skilled analysts, collaborating to design and deploy new Real Time conferencing and collaboration technologies across the government and Department of Defense to have meaningful impact. Our team is dedicated to encouraging exceptional engineering expertise while fostering a supportive culture that values diversity, innovation, and collaboration. As a Unified Communications Engineer, you will design and implement conferencing and collaboration solutions using existing commercial and standards-based technologies to connect decision makers. You will continue to grow your knowledge and stay up-to-date on emerging technologies and propose innovative approaches to address unique sponsor challenges. You will interact with technical specialists in other fields as part of a multidisciplinary team. Additionally, you will provide mentorship to support early career staff growth and development. Your work will involve detailing in technical reports and memoranda and presenting outcomes to sponsors and the technical community.
