As a Unified Communications Specialist at GDIT, you will help ensure today is safe and tomorrow is smarter. This role involves the architecture, configuration, and maintenance of worldwide Voice, Video, and Chat infrastructure, both physical and virtual. You will be responsible for the installation of operating system and security patches, assessing vulnerabilities, and maintaining security compliance. Additionally, you will provide support for customer scheduled and unplanned outages and serve as support for Tier 1 and Tier 2 technicians across all communication platforms.
