About the position
The Uniformed Security Officer is responsible for providing security services at a commercial facility while ensuring exceptional customer service. The role requires vigilance, quick response to incidents, and the ability to enforce security protocols effectively.
Responsibilities
- Remain alert and vigilant at all times
- Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor
- Respond quickly and correctly to security incidents
- Observe and report security issues
- Call for assistance when necessary
- Check and monitor client's facilities
- Maintain electronic logs per company policy
- Enforce parking control procedures
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- California Guard Card issued by BSIS
- 1 year of security experience
- 1 year of customer service experience
- Proven oral and written communication skills
- Ability to demonstrate strong customer service tendencies
- Ability to demonstrate strong authority and leadership skills
- Ability to demonstrate strong problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail
- Reliable transportation
