As a Union Payroll Specialist, you will play a crucial role in managing payroll processes for our unionized workforce, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standards. Your expertise in payroll will be essential in processing payroll for up to 300 employees, with a strong emphasis on union and certified payroll requirements. This position is 100% on-site, providing you with the opportunity to collaborate closely with our team and contribute to the success of our projects. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate payroll records, processing payroll in a timely manner, and ensuring that all deductions and contributions are correctly applied. You will also be tasked with resolving any payroll discrepancies and providing support to employees regarding payroll-related inquiries. Your proficiency in Microsoft Excel will be vital for managing payroll data and generating reports as needed. Requirements
