Union Sheet Metal Production - Graveyard Shift

About the position

Gensco is seeking energetic Team Members for its sheet metal manufacturing operations in Tacoma, WA. This full-time position offers opportunities for career growth within a company that has been a leader in HVAC solutions for over 75 years. Team Members will engage in various tasks related to the manufacturing process, including material handling, machinery operation, fabrication, assembly, and quality inspection. The role is available on both Swing and Graveyard shifts, with a structured 40-hour work week and potential for overtime.

Responsibilities

• Material handling and utilizing machinery for production.
• Fabricating components and assembling products.
• Inspecting products for quality assurance.
• Working collaboratively as part of a team in the manufacturing process.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to perform physical work, including lifting up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to stand for up to 8 hours per day.
• Willingness to work overtime as needed.

Nice-to-haves
