The Assistant Shore Excursions Manager is a hybrid position that combines remote work with on-site responsibilities in Milwaukee, WI. This role is integral to the coordination of shore excursion activities on the Great Lakes, assisting the Director of Land Operations. The role requires you to be on-site in Milwaukee or Chicago during these events to oversee staff procedures and greet ships. Occasional travel to port cities for site visits and vendor meetings is also expected. The Assistant Shore Excursions Manager must demonstrate professionalism and grace when handling difficult situations or guests, providing timely solutions. You will play a crucial role in enhancing guest safety and security, organizing disembarkation processes, and supporting the tour guide team with necessary training and information.
