The position is remote, requiring the manager to live in or around the designated territories, and includes responsibilities such as recruitment, training, and strategic planning to enhance team performance and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Attract, retain, and develop world-class talent through proactive recruitment and effective onboarding.
• Manage staff performance and implement strategies for staff development and training.
• Provide compelling claim services by employing proper claim handling techniques and developing strategic file management plans.
• Conduct quality file reviews and provide coaching and feedback through ride-along inspections with claim professionals.
• Leverage data and technology to identify opportunities and improve business results.
• Develop and maintain effective relationships with colleagues, business partners, and customers to achieve organizational goals.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• A minimum of three years of claim work experience in at least one line of business required.
• Valid Driver's License required.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• Claim management experience preferred.
