About the position

Responsibilities

- Collaborate with staff, physicians, and rehabilitation therapy to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
- Manage human resources within the unit, including staff recruitment, orientation, and performance assessment.
Requirements
- Current Registered Nurse licensure by the State Board of Nursing.
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing, college, or university.
