About the position

This position is responsible for leading and managing a team of Dental Network Development recruiters and/or Professional Services Account Executives and Network Retention Specialists. The role focuses on network growth and retention, reviewing dental network data, and identifying opportunities for network expansion. The position emphasizes process development and improvements while ensuring that departmental strategies and goals are met or exceeded.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of Dental Network Development recruiters and/or Professional Services Account Executives and Network Retention Specialists.
• Review dental network data and sales requests to identify network expansion and retention opportunities.
• Increase and strengthen the dental provider network.
• Maximize competitive network positions.
• Focus on process development and improvements in collaboration with teammates.
• Ensure strategies are implemented and departmental metrics are met.

Requirements

• Bachelor Degree and 4 years of experience with dental PPO field recruitment or 4 years experience with DHMO recruitment OR 8 years dental recruitment experience.
• Supervisory experience and/or leadership experience.
