About the position

The Unit Program Coordinator serves as the primary point of contact for the squadron commander/director, providing administrative support across various programs including cybersecurity liaison, Government Travel Card, Defense Travel System, and drug demand reduction programs. This role is essential for managing administrative functions and liaising with personnel on military and civilian issues.

Responsibilities

• Assist the commander/director in managing all administrative support program functions.
• Serve as the subject matter expert for mandated administrative support programs.
• Act as the organizational point of contact and liaison with the personnel flight on military and civilian personnel issues.
• Assist in planning, administering, and monitoring manpower resource requirements.
• Perform clerical and administrative work in support of the office/organization.

Requirements

• At least one year of specialized experience at the GS-06 level or equivalent in other pay systems.
• Experience with administrative support programs such as cybersecurity liaison, Government Travel Card program, and Defense Travel System administrator.
• Experience assisting/supporting military and civilian personnel issues and manpower resource requirements.
• Proficiency in various office automation software programs and tools.
