About the position

The Unit Program Coordinator serves as the primary point of contact for the squadron commander/director, managing all administrative support programs including task management, cybersecurity liaison, Government Travel Card program, Defense Travel System administration, and Government Purchase Card program. This role is essential for ensuring effective administrative operations within the unit.

Responsibilities

• Assist the commander/director in managing all administrative support program functions.
• Serve as the subject matter expert for mandated administrative support programs.
• Act as the organizational point of contact and liaison with the personnel flight on military and civilian personnel issues.
• Assist in planning, administering, and monitoring manpower resource requirements.
• Perform clerical and administrative work in support of the office/organization.

Requirements

• U.S. Citizenship required.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret Clearance.
• At least one year of specialized experience at the GS-06 level or equivalent.
• Experience with administrative support programs such as cybersecurity liaison, Government Travel Card program, and Defense Travel System administration.
• Experience assisting/supporting military and civilian personnel issues and manpower resource requirements.
• Proficiency in various office automation software programs.
