This role requires a high level of organization and attention to detail, as well as the ability to communicate effectively with patients, visitors, and healthcare staff. In addition to clerical duties, the position involves acting as a receptionist on the unit, providing information to visitors, and ensuring that the needs of patients are met through proactive rounds. The individual will also be responsible for maintaining neat and orderly bulletin and locator boards, ordering supplies for the unit, and participating in collaborative councils to improve patient care.
