About The Position
The Unit Support Technician at BayCare is responsible for performing general clerical and communication duties within an assigned unit. This role includes cross-training as a Cardiac Monitor Technician, where the technician identifies normal rhythms, dysrhythmias, and lethal arrhythmias, reporting findings to appropriate personnel. The technician also provides constant visualization of at-risk patients, notifying nursing staff of any assistance needed or potential safety issues.
