About the position

As a Senior Manager in the Mergers and Acquisitions tax team at PwC, you will lead the development and implementation of impactful M&A tax strategies. Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree
• 5 years of experience
• CPA, Member of the Bar or other tax, technology, or finance-specific credentials may qualify for this opportunity
• A Juris Doctorate (JD), Master of Laws (LLM), or Master's degree in Accounting or Taxation field of study considered in lieu of a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting
