About the position

The Remote Product Manager II position at Adecco involves managing and enhancing the Salesforce system to improve business operations. The role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, document processes, and identify opportunities for optimization within the GTM (Go-To-Market) strategy. The ideal candidate will leverage their analytical skills to drive data-driven decisions and maintain relationships with various business partners.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand and document PRD (Product Requirement Document) for Salesforce system
• Create Business Use Case to promote business improvements with quantifiable outcomes
• Analyze existing Salesforce configurations and processes to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization
• Conduct constant discovery with business counterparts to identify loopholes and improvement areas in processes
• Document all existing GTM processes with KPIs
• Identify new opportunities to incorporate into the business system
• Define OKRs and KPIs for business functions/process including planned initiatives
• Utilize strong analytical and quantitative skills to challenge assumptions and make data-driven decisions
• Stay informed about Salesforce updates, best practices, and industry trends to recommend continuous improvements
• Establish and maintain relationships with various business partners such as Sales Ops, Sales, Marketing, Finance, and S&P
• Assist with other duties as needed

Requirements

• High School Diploma but Bachelor's degree preferred
• 5+ years of Product Management experience in Salesforce tech stack
• Experience in Sales/GTM process management
• Extensive experience in requirements gathering & stakeholder management
• Certified Salesforce Administrator & Consultant is preferred
