About the position

This is a full-time position that involves modeling Q2 Service and Sales programs with creativity and energy to achieve goals and meet quality standards. The role requires building customer relationships by representing QNB in a courteous, confidential, and professional manner, providing prompt and efficient service in processing transactions through consultative selling and cross-selling. The position also involves evaluating customer needs, opening and servicing deposit products, and performing various branch functions that require in-depth knowledge of transactions. Additionally, the role includes assisting in training personnel, participating in community involvement, completing compliance training, and being available during all operating branch hours, including holidays and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Model Q2 Service and Sales programs creatively and energetically to achieve goals and meet quality standards.
• Build customer relationships by representing QNB courteously and professionally.
• Evaluate customer needs using open-ended questions and refer them to appropriate resources.
• Open, close, and service all types of deposit products and handle loans.
• Perform branch functions requiring in-depth knowledge of transactions, including balancing cash drawers and ATM settlements.
• Assist in training personnel and participate in committees such as the Safety Committee.
• Support community involvement through participation in local volunteer and charitable organizations.
• Complete assigned compliance training and apply it to duties and responsibilities.
• Be available during all operating branch hours, including holidays and weekends.
• Assume additional job-related duties as requested.

Requirements

• Proficient in all aspects of the job.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Complete Universal Banker Certification Checklist.
• Strong interpersonal skills to represent the Bank positively to customers.
• Ability to motivate team members in QNB's Service Excellence.
• Ability to lift and maneuver 25-30-pound coin bags.
• Strong communication skills to identify and fulfill customer needs.
• Strong reading, writing, and arithmetic skills; completion of some college courses preferred but not required.
• Compliance with the S.A.F.E. Mortgage Licensing Act of 2008 and related regulations, including background investigation results.
• Annual re-certification of Universal Banker I requirements.
• PA Notary certification.
• Problem-solving skills and ability to work without supervision.

Nice-to-haves

• Successful completion of Banking Fundamentals and Consumer Lending.
• Strong product knowledge and ability to champion and coach for Q2 Sales and Service, referrals, and product campaigns.
