About the position

The Universal Banker at Bank of Hawaii is responsible for creating and delivering exceptional customer experiences by engaging clients with outstanding service. This role involves introducing and selling financial services to meet clients' needs, processing various financial transactions, and ensuring compliance with banking regulations and policies.

Responsibilities

• Engage clients with exceptional customer service to create a positive banking experience.
• Introduce and sell financial services to meet clients' short and long-term needs.
• Process all types of financial transactions for clients.
• Balance own cash and assist with vault, ATM cash recycler, and armored car duties.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and Bank policies.

Requirements

• Experience in customer service or banking environment.
• Knowledge of financial products and services.
• Ability to process financial transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Understanding of compliance regulations related to banking.
