About the position

The University Recruiter will be responsible for leading recruitment efforts at universities, coordinating career fairs, and ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. This role involves collaboration with hiring managers to develop effective recruiting strategies and manage the selection process for candidates.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the planning and coordination for career fairs and other university-sponsored events
  • Participate in local and national university recruiting events
  • Work with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop a recruiting strategy
  • Manage the applicant flow and selection process of candidates
  • Work with the team to ensure an excellent candidate recruitment experience for all applicants

Requirements

  • At least one year in a similar role (college recruiting, university relations, or similar)
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to travel during peak recruiting cycles
