About the position

The University Talent Acquisition Partner & Program Manager at Alumni Ventures is responsible for overseeing internal recruitment and managing the Fellows & Intern Programs. This role requires a high level of integrity, attention to detail, and a passion for hiring and program management, aimed at enhancing the talent acquisition processes and candidate experience.

Responsibilities

  • Execute and support full-life cycle recruitment of top talent across various levels and functions.
  • Directly source passive and active talent for requisitions across all levels and functions at AV.
  • Draft, review, edit, and post job descriptions, ensuring consistency and alignment with AV's Talent Management processes.
  • Develop, disseminate, collect, and analyze scorecards for all requisitions.
  • Help develop, implement, and manage new strategies to improve talent acquisition processes and candidate experience.
  • Support the development of effective next-level interview practices, including behavioral interviewing and scorecard use.
  • Conduct initial meetings to qualify candidates for work eligibility, availability, skills, and competencies.
  • Schedule interviews and informational conversations with team members and hiring managers as required.
  • Support scheduling and coordination for People team and Talent-related events, including hiring discussions and onboarding.
  • Develop and facilitate reporting processes around desired metrics for recruiting, onboarding, and training programs.
  • Provide operational support for the development and management of new processes related to AV's People Strategy and Talent Management program.
  • Serve as a teammate and partner to all employees throughout AV.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 2-5+ years of relevant professional experience in talent acquisition, preferably with university relations or high growth startups
  • Hybrid schedule with 4 days in the Manchester, NH office.
