The Technical Consultant role focuses on providing expert Unix systems administration and support for critical infrastructure in regulated environments such as healthcare, finance, and government. The position involves engaging with clients to troubleshoot complex issues and develop technical product offerings, ensuring high responsiveness and attention to detail in customer interactions.

Responsibilities

• Providing Unix systems administration, including LVM, TCP/IP networking, and performance management.
• Supporting critical infrastructure in highly regulated environments, including healthcare, government, and finance.
• Collaborating with clients to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues.
• Working within a team to develop additional technical product offerings.
• Ensuring high responsiveness and attention to detail in customer interactions.
• Applying Unix expertise to solve mission-critical challenges for a diverse clientele.

Requirements

• Deep knowledge in Unix systems administration, LVM, TCP/IP networking, and performance troubleshooting.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for client-facing interactions.
• Experience in regulated or high-stakes environments (e.g., healthcare, finance, government).
• Ability to work effectively on a highly technical, entrepreneurial team.
