About the position

The UNT WISE Senior Program Project Coordinator position is a vital role within the Texas Beacons of Excellence grant project, focusing on enhancing employment outcomes for individuals with disabilities. This position involves overseeing partner sites located in Dallas and Amarillo, with plans for expansion into additional cities across Texas by October 2024. The Senior Program Project Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating training, support, and technical assistance for one to two embedded Employment Specialists at each site. This role is crucial as it provides in-depth support and coordination of services not only to the Employment Specialists but also to site staff, leadership, project participants, and their families. The work will be conducted both virtually and in person, necessitating regular travel to the various sites.
