About the position

Kahu Malama Nurses is seeking a Recruiter to join a growing and dynamic team in Honolulu, HI. This full-time position offers a hybrid work opportunity and a salary range of $50,000 to $55,000 per year, plus commission. The Recruiter will be responsible for interviewing prospective candidates, maintaining accurate data in a CRM, and conducting a high volume of sales aligned with business plans. The role requires strong communication skills and the ability to inspire confidence in prospects and leads.

Responsibilities

• Interview prospective candidates to evaluate potential.
• Maintain accurate data and notes in a CRM or similar database.
• Conduct a high volume of selling aligned with business plans.
• Formally present, pitch, and propose products and services as solutions to established problems.
• Conduct post-close administrative processes.
• Communicate professionally with external parties.
• Evaluate the quality of a lead/prospect according to standards.
• Inspire confidence in prospects and leads.

Requirements

• Prior customer service, sales, or marketing experience desired.
• Must be a self-starter and able to work well independently and alongside a team.
• Demonstrate strong emotional intelligence.
• Exhibit confidence and maintain a high level of self-accountability.
