About The Position

The Upgrade Install and Relocation Engineer 3 at ASML US, LLC is responsible for the installation, de-installation, upgrades, and service of ASML equipment in customer fabs. This role involves enabling ASML's external customers to succeed by providing technical support and ensuring the proper operation of ASML systems. The engineer will analyze and repair systems on-site, manage complex upgrades, and represent the voice of the customer within the organization.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree (or foreign academic equivalent) in Mechanical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering Technology, Marine Engineering, or a related field.
• Two (2) years of experience as an Engineer or in a related position.

Responsibilities

• Complete installations, de-installations, upgrades, and service on ASML equipment in customer fabs.
• Enable ASML external customers to be successful in their fabs.
• Represent the voice of the customer within the ASML organization.
• Service ASML customers including install, relocations, upgrades, maintenance, application support, and continuous improvement of ASML systems at customer locations.
• Analyze and make repairs at customer sites, escalating issues as necessary.
• Execute regular maintenance, implement upgrades, and field change orders to ensure proper operation of ASML systems.
• Manage and execute complex field upgrades and activities.
• Manage and execute the (re)installation of ASML systems at customer sites within specifications, on time, and with quality exceeding customer expectations.
