About the position

The Upmarket/Enterprise Digital Marketing Manager at Cox Communications is responsible for developing and managing comprehensive digital marketing strategies aimed at generating high-quality leads from enterprise clients. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking and hands-on execution to optimize the digital experience on the company website and enhance the lead funnel.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the day-to-day management of the company website, ensuring it is up-to-date, user-friendly, and optimized for lead generation and overall engagement.
  • Create and execute digital marketing strategies that align with business objectives and target enterprise clients.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive lead generation strategies specifically targeting enterprise-level clients.
  • Utilize marketing automation tools to nurture leads through the sales funnel, segment audiences, and track engagement.
  • Work closely with the marketing strategy and sales team to ensure alignment on lead qualification criteria and follow-up processes.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to identify new lead generation opportunities.
  • Conduct A/B testing on campaigns to optimize performance and increase conversion rates.
  • Collaborate with UX/UI designers, product managers, sales, marketing strategy, digital enablement teams, and developers to ensure a seamless user experience across all digital touchpoints.
  • Manage relationships with digital agencies to support the online experience and create an optimal digital journey.

Requirements

  • Minimum Bachelor's degree in a related discipline and 6 years' experience in a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in B2B digital marketing, preferably in an enterprise environment.
  • Proven track record of developing successful digital marketing strategies and campaigns.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools (e.g., Adobe Experience Manager and Salesforce).
  • Excellent analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive decision-making.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with design tools (e.g., Figma) is a plus.
