About the position
The Upstream Process Development Scientist at Eurofins is responsible for providing technical support for bioreactor operations and executing bench scale bioreactor processes. This role involves monitoring cell culture parameters, ensuring data integrity, and maintaining accurate records. The position requires a strong understanding of cell culture techniques and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical support for bioreactor operations.
- Execute bench scale bioreactor processes.
- Monitor daily bioreactor operations and record cell culture parameters.
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy in records.
- Familiarize with basic laboratory techniques related to cell culture.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in biology, chemistry, or a related field.
- Experience with small scale bioreactors.
- Familiarity with ambr250 and media development.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
