About the position
The Urban Planner position at our multi-disciplinary firm in Temple, Texas, offers an exciting opportunity to impact high-profile clients and the community. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing planning-level graphics, site plans, and 3D models while effectively communicating concepts with stakeholders and team members. This role emphasizes collaboration, creativity, and the ability to lead concept development across various projects.
Responsibilities
- Develop planning-level graphics and diagrams, site plans, and 3D site models.
- Effectively communicate concepts and ideas with stakeholders and multidisciplinary team members.
- Conduct field work to interview stakeholders and gather data.
- Support and develop presentations for various projects.
- Lead concept development for urban planning initiatives.
- Collaborate with team members to create planning documents.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in an Urban Planning role.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Bluebeam, ArcGIS, and Adobe Creative Suite.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience with federal facility planning and urban design/community planning.
