The Product Development and Sourcing Intern will support the daily operational functions of the Product Development and Sourcing teams in all aspects of product development. This role involves following the collections from inception until the style is approved or dropped, ensuring that all processes are aligned with the development calendar. The intern will maintain key cross-functional relationships with internal partners, including design, buying, and production teams, to facilitate smooth communication and workflow throughout the product development cycle. As part of the Summer Internship Program, URBN Inc. welcomes candidates from across the country to immerse themselves within various teams across their portfolio of brands. This program provides hands-on learning experience in the area of business that interns choose to pursue. The paid internship program includes a summer full of intern-focused events, offering exposure to senior leadership across the business in small group settings, insights into company initiatives, off-site field trips, and for those qualified, a chance to interview for a full-time job opportunity.
