Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care and support to patients in healthcare facilities.
• Assist with daily living activities and ensure patient comfort.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers.
• Monitor patient health and report any changes to the nursing staff.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.

Requirements

• Valid RN License for Registered Nurses or valid CNA certification for Certified Nursing Assistants.
• Experience in patient care is preferred.
• Updated resume and state ID or driver's license.
• Social Security Number card and US Passport or Employment Authorization Card for identity verification.
• New York License and registration (RN, LPN, CNA).
• Two reference letters from previous employers or educators.
• Physical exam with PPD, MMRV, and Hep B lab works completed within the last 10 months.
• Drug screen (10 Panel) completed within the last 10 months.
• Flu shot documentation.
• High school diploma or completion of relevant nursing program (RN, LPN, CNA).
• CPR certification (required for RN and LPN, optional for CNA).
• Malpractice insurance (required for RN and LPN, optional for CNA).
