About the position
The SAP Revenue Accounting and Reporting (RAR) Architect will lead the implementation, customization, and optimization of SAP RAR solutions. This role requires a strong understanding of IFRS 15/ASC 606 standards and proven experience in SAP S/4HANA environments to ensure compliance with revenue recognition requirements.
Responsibilities
- Design and architect SAP RAR solutions to meet business requirements, focusing on revenue recognition compliance.
- Lead end-to-end SAP RAR implementations, including requirement gathering, configuration, and integration with other SAP modules (FI, SD, etc.).
- Develop and enforce best practices in revenue recognition, collaborating with finance and IT stakeholders.
- Optimize RAR processes within SAP S/4HANA for streamlined workflows and enhanced reporting.
- Provide guidance and support for SAP RAR-related upgrades and system enhancements.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Computer Science, or related field.
- 10+ years of experience in SAP, with 4+ years specifically in SAP RAR.
- Deep knowledge of IFRS 15/ASC 606 and hands-on SAP S/4HANA experience.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
