About the position

The Sr Scrum Master with SAP Experience will lead Agile teams in an SAP environment, focusing on facilitating successful delivery, collaboration, and continuous improvement within SAP projects. This role requires a strong understanding of Agile methodologies and SAP systems to effectively guide teams and ensure project success.

Responsibilities

• Guide and coach teams on Agile/Scrum practices, specifically within SAP implementation and integration projects.
• Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies, ensuring clarity on goals, backlogs, and sprint plans.
• Collaborate with Product Owners and SAP teams to ensure alignment and effective prioritization.
• Remove obstacles to enable team productivity and help mitigate risks related to SAP systems.
• Drive continuous improvement and foster a collaborative, high-performance team culture.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Scrum Master in SAP implementation or upgrade projects.
• Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) and SAP system functionalities.
• Certification in Scrum (CSM, PSM) preferred.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
