About the position

The Enterprise Application Integration Engineer will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining integration solutions for various systems within the organization. This role focuses on ETL processes, data integration, and ensuring data quality and security across platforms. The position requires a strong background in integration tools and cloud data solutions, with a preference for candidates with governmental experience.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement integration solutions using ETL processes.
• Utilize integration tools such as Informatica and Microsoft SSIS for successful deployment.
• Work with SQL and relational databases including DB2, SQL Server, Azure SQL, and Snowflake Data Cloud.
• Implement Cloud Data Warehouse and Data Lakehouse architectures on platforms like Snowflake.
• Ensure data security and integrity through data encryption practices.
• Participate in Agile Project Management and utilize the SCRUM framework.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in systems integration and/or ETL processes.
• Proficiency in using integration tools, especially Informatica and Microsoft SSIS.
• Experience with SQL and relational databases, including DB2, SQL Server, Azure SQL, and Snowflake Data Cloud.
• 7+ years of experience with Informatica Cloud Data Integration and Power Exchange Connectors.
• 3+ years of experience with cloud data integration and data warehousing.
• Knowledge of data encryption practices to ensure data security.

Nice-to-haves

• Informatica Cloud CDI Certification and Snowflake Data Cloud Certification.
• Experience with Power Exchange Connectors for ZOS in Informatica Cloud CDI.
• Familiarity with additional database environments, including Oracle and Web FOCUS.
• Experience with financial systems such as ERP.
• Prior government experience.
